ETG 'Commercial Property Services' has been formed specifically to provide our customers with a dedicated & responsive service level that exceeds expectations, and ensures a focused delivery of clients specified requirements.

Capabilities & Services -

  • Groundwork's - Resurfacing, excavation, drain repairs & maintenance.
  • Landscaping - Specified and tailored schedules including daily services i.e. litter picking and waste removals.
  • Car park management - Marking of bays and junctions, traffic flow systems including speed control and daily monitoring services.
  • External Fabric - Building, painting, glazing, and roof work of any size in accordance with present CDM regulations.
  • Internal Fabric - All plumbing, decorative, reactive & proactive building services.
  • General Maintenance - Replace and disposal of spent lighting, signage repairs, fencing etc…
  • Cleaning - Deep cleans of internal, external and fascia areas.
  • Electrical - Test & Inspection, installations, pat testing, car park lighting maintenance.

Our quotation system is also tailored for use by Surveyors and Facilities Managers, as we fully understand the requirements placed upon these individuals to fulfill and satisfy budgetary requirements, so therefore all costs quoted are valid for a ‘one year period' from date of issue  and will be tailored to your requests.
